Mark A. Bacanskas

Is a certified general real estate appraiser in the State of California and has completed 100's of hours of specialized appraisal education in real estate appraisal.

Mr. Bacanskas has been appraising real estate full time since 1992, and has appraised thousands of Single-Family residences, and hundreds of Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial properties. Property types appraised include agricultural, single and multi-family residential, retail, industrial, research and development, office, vacant land, grocery stores, gas stations, day care centers, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, car washes, automobile dealerships, mortuaries, mini-storage facilities, churches, auto service buildings and many other special purpose assignments, including government right of ways, and complex projects such as a U. S. Naval Weapons Station.

Professional Service
Mr. Bacanskas is currently an associate member in the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.

Community Service
Also active in his community, Mr. Bacanskas served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1984 -1992, has been active in his political party, is an active member of the Sierra Chapter OTHG, American Motorcycle Association. He volunteer's for the Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation Department, at both his children's schools, his children's swim team and assists in the coaching of soccer and tee-ball. He is a member and contributor of both the PTA and Pleasant Hill Elementary Education Foundation.
